Required skills Proven experience in ISO 9001 related quality management Quality assurance experience in drafting reports and management recommendations Proven quality audit experience internal audits, customer audits Proven experience in the implementation of Integrated Management Systems including the application of ISO 27001 standards. Application of quality management standards in the aerospace sector. Eligibility for Personal Security Clearance PSC at EU RESTRICTED level Technical Experience in the field of space projects Technical understanding of Global Navigation Satellite Systems e.g. GPS, Galileo Good teamworking and communication skills Fluency in written and spoken English French would be a strong asset Key tasks and responsibilities Preparing, implementing and following up of internal audits Supporting inhouse training activities on quality management Maintaining the Quality Management System QMS documentation Supporting the development of procedures and work instructions Collating and analyse qualityrelated indicator reports Collecting other relevant data to allow for evaluation of the effectiveness of the QMS Assisting in the maintenance of Risk Management activities Assisting in the establishment of an integrated Management System including Information Security and Safety Management Gap analysis and action plan proposals Implementation of other actions required to maintain certification to the ISO 9001 standard Maintenance and continuous improvement of quality management activities Preparation and maintenance of other certifications Compilation and analysis of nonconformances, anomalies and problems Contributing to the management and version control of operational procedures Assisting tests and operational validation activities with a focus on Product Assurance Maintaining the QMrelated interface with French subcontractors Supporting activities of Anomaly Review Boards and Change Control Boards Please send your application, your up to date CV and salary requirements to Mrs Alexandra Ziegaus at hrinsyen.com before 30.04.2015
