EADS For Cassidian in Ulm within the department Test Services Germany we are looking for a Quality Manager mf. Within Test Services Germany, the Business Management System BMS must gradually be adapted to the specific requirements for our area of activity test systems. This must be done in close coordination with our French organisation and the department managers. The changes must be implemented, employees must be trained, and corresponding audits externalinternal must be prepared and carried out. This means that processes must be set up and described. Through this, our aim is to keep our projects and products competitive and to be prepared for future requirements. As Project Manager for Quality Assurance, you will supervise projects in Germany and in an international context and represent them to our contracting bodies partners, national customers, international agencies. Your tasks will include the following Developing quality concepts Developingimproving processes and the related documents BMS Identifying and implementing synergies with our French organisation in particular in the case of GermanFrench projects Implementing and monitoring quality processes Ensuring coordination within the international organisation Preparing and carrying out audits Carrying out and supervising supplier and partner audits Writing reports Defining corrective measures and checking their effectiveness Advising those involved in the project on matters relating to the BMS, quality management and quality assurance Producing quality management plans for our projects and defining inspection methods Assisting withsupervising acceptance and validation activities internalexternal We are looking for candidates with the following skills University degree in engineering or equivalent Very good knowledge in quality management Experience in the development, manufacturing andor testing of complex, electronic systems ideally test systems would be an advantage Knowledge of the relevant standards ISO 9001, ISO9100, AQAP 2110 and 2210, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ROHS, CE and EU directives and norms High degreee of selfinitiative, customer orientation, ability to work in a team, very good communication skills, experienced in working in transnational teams A fluent negotiation level of German and English, French would be a plus Readiness to business travels If you are interested in this position, please apply though our OnlineTool www.jobs.eads.com and attach your application in German or English.
