The answer could affect Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. $40 billion hostile takeover bid for Mylan, which relocated its corporate headquarters to the Netherlands in February while continuing to operate its principle offices in Southpointe, Washington County. About 700 Mylan employees work at Southpointe.
