R.O. Writer hires GM, sales director

Messrs. Forness and Kane bring 27 and 24 years of experience, respectively, in the industry to their new positions, according to Progressive Automotive Systems, a business unit of TBC Corp. Previously Mr. Forness was director of national accounts for AudaExplore , a collision-estimating and business-intelligence software company, while Mr. Kane was a regional business manager for the southwestern U.S. for CCC Information Services Inc. "His knowledge of the industry, extensive background, and proven success in leading successful teams will pave the way as we continue to enhance and expand the services that R.O. Writer has to offer all of our existing and prospective clients," said TBC CFO Tim Miller of Mr. Forness, who joined the company in April.
