RCPD investigates stabbing; 3 men, 1 dog injured

Spokesperson Tarah Heupel says it appears that two males, ages 32 and 33, and their dog wanted to sleep under the bridge at exit 55. A 58-year-old man was already sleeping there, and told them to leave.
