Operating in 1.7–2.2 GHz frequency range, 8-bit UltraCMOS® PE44820 is suited for optimizing transmission phase angle in wireless infrastructure and radar markets. Monolithic device covers phase range of 358.6° in 1.4° steps with phase accuracy of +3°. Offered in 32-lead 5 x 5 x 0.85 mm QFN package, product has low RMS phase error of 1° and low RMS amplitude error of 0.1 dB. Integrated digital control interface supports serial and parallel programming of phase setting.
