Offering glitch-less attenuation state transitions, 6-bit UltraCMOS® PE4314 supports frequency range from 1 MHz to 2.5 GHz and covers 31.5 dB attenuation range in 0.5 dB step. Device is capable of maintaining 0.5 dB monotonicity through 2.5 GHz. Integrated digital control interface supports both serial and parallel programming of attenuation. Offered in 20-lead, 4 x 4 x 0.85 mm QFN package, DSA supports 1.8 V control voltage and has extended operating temperature up to 105°C.
