Featuring LIS3MDL magnetometer with ±4 to ±16 gauss measurement range, Magneto can transmit unique identifier and associated magnetic field measurement data to commercial EPC C1G2 reader without requiring battery on sensor tag. Variety of antenna designs and sizes are available to adapt performance to required application in 860–960 MHz band. Able to be embedded in variety of materials, tag offers ~5 ft reading distance and can be used without batteries at all.
