RFaxis, Inc., a leading fabless semiconductor company focused on developing innovative, next-generation RF solutions for the wireless connectivity and cellular mobility markets, announced recently that it has started volume production of its RFX333, a single-pole triple-throw (SP3T) switch optimized for 2.4GHz Wi-Fi/Bluetooth combo chips used in smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices.
