The parent company of Zinsser, Rust-Oleum and other popular consumer brands is expanding its commercial flooring portfolio with the purchase of Expanko Inc. Holding company RPM International Inc. announced Tuesday that its Performance Coatings Group had acquired Expanko , based in Exton, PA.
