With ±60 V fault protection, Models XR33053, XR33152, XR33156, and XR33158 withstand direct shorts and achieve overvoltage protection with no external components. Devices operate over 3–5.5 V supply voltage and feature low standby current of 1 µA max. Suitable for noisy industrial environments, transceivers support data rates up to 20 Mbps in either full- or half-duplex configurations, exceed ±15 kV ESD protection on bus pins, and operate over industrial temperature range of -40 to 85°C.
