RTD picks search panel, smacked for its makeup

A five-member panel is charged with finding a replacement for the outgoing head of the Regional Transportation District, over criticism about its makeup. RTD board chair Chuck Sisk Tuesday picked himself and fellow board members Barbara Deadwyler, Tom Tobiassen, Kent Bagley and Tina Francone as the agency's transition team.
