Able to achieve accelerations up to 20 m/s² and repeatability of ±50 µm, R-Plus System delivers consistent rigidity throughout its stroke. Unit is attached to 160 or 200 mm wide aluminum alloy beam with single piece lengths from 700–5,700 mm that permit large loads with minimal deflection. Design supports multiple carriages and associated pinions on same axis and features self-sustaining aluminum extrusion profiles that house profile rails with recirculating ball bearings.
