Rackspace launches new business unit with Microsoft Office focus

Rackspace has created a new business unit called Cloud Office at Rackspace that will provide specialized service for a suite of Microsoft business productivity and collaboration tools. The new unit will have more than 400 employees in San Antonio and Austin all providing support for Microsoft Exchange and Rackspace Email, Microsoft Lync and Microsoft SharePoint, and Jungle Disc backup services.
