Implementing Doppler Radar technology, Model RVM accurately measures surface velocity of open channel flow. Portable unit features automatic vertical angle compensation and user-adjustable horizontal angle compensation, which is adjustable in 5° increments. Flow velocity can be measured bi-directionally with user-selectable directional modes. Supplied with rechargeable batteries, 12 Vdc car charger, and case, meter can indicate flow velocity in feet per second or meters per second.
