Featuring 3–5.5 V single supply operation with adjustable logic threshold control, 16-channel ISL71830SEH and 32-channel ISL71831SEH provide 5 kV ESD protection, R(ON) of 120 Ω, and propagation delays of less than 100 ns. Devices offer over-voltage protection on per-switch basis to maintain continuous processing of hundreds of telemetry test points. Both multiplexers provide cold spare redundant capability, allowing connection of 2-3 additional unpowered multiplexers to common data bus.
