While TS1003 draws 0.6 µA and exhibits 4 kHz gain-bandwidth product (GBWP) and TS1005 draws 1.3 µA and exhibits 20 kHz GBWP, both are fully specified over -40 to +85°C range and come in SC70-5 packaging. These operational amplifiers (op amps), which exhibit typical input bias current of 2 pA, feature rail-to-rail input/output stages, are optimized for ultra-long-life battery-powered applications, and support single-supply operation from 0.8–5.5 V.
