Railroad firm Burlington Northern Santa Fe to improve safety measures

The Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad says it's taking additional safety measures to prevent derailments of crude oil trains. The company said Monday it would increase its track inspections near waterways, and slow down its oil shipments to 35 miles an hour in places with over 100,000 residents.
