Railroad rehab to cost the city

Burlington Northern Santa Fe railway recently notified city officials of plans to rehabilitate all railroad crossings from El Paso north to Socorro, N.M. Assistant City Manager Brian Denmark said all railroad crossings will be upgraded in some manner, from major rehabilitation to minor repair.
