A 90th birthday tribute to celebrate retired Congressman Ralph Regula's commitment to public service will be held Dec. 3 in Washington, D.C. The celebration will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. and will feature several dignitaries, including John A. Boehner, speaker of the House of Representatives. The event is being organized by the Ralph and Mary Regula Center for Public Service and Civic Engagement at the University of Mount Union with honorary Co-chairs Ward J. Timken Jr., Richard W. Pogue, U.S. Sen. Rob Portman and former Congressman Dave Hobson.
