With S2M™ capabilities, Apollo™ Raman Microspectrometers can create highly detailed spectral maps with micron scale resolution of Raman spectral features automatically. Spectral Surface Mapping™ includes software module to be used with MINERVA-Raman™ microspectrometer control software. When employed with Apollo™ Raman microspectrometers with programmable stages, S2M™ allows user to automatically take spectral measurements with user-defined mapping patterns that reach to limits of stage itself.
