Providing comprehensive analysis of electrical PAM-4 signals, N8827A PAM-4 analysis software is used with V- and Z-Series oscilloscopes, while N8827B PAM-4 analysis software works with S-Series oscilloscopes. Software provides measurements such as eye width, eye height, and eye skew; level amplitude, level noise, and level skew; and amplitude level linearity. When using 63 GHz Z-Series oscilloscope, designers can achieve accurate analysis of electrical PAM-4 signals to 32 Gbaud.
