Thirteen real estate companies are being prosecuted by the Commerce Commission after a 20-month investigation into alleged price-fixing and anti-competitive behaviour. Barfoot and Thompson, Harcourts, LJ Hooker, Ray White and Bayley Corporation are among the firms being prosecuted.
