Real estate market still declining in 2015: TIER

Property prices will start tumbling in 2015, and the downward trajectory may continue for three to five years, warned the Taiwan Institute of Economic Research yesterday. The construction index dropped 6.19 points to 78.81 in January, marking the fifth consecutive month of decline, according to a report released by TIER yesterday.
