Real estate scam defendant changes plea to guilty

The indictment claims two Honolulu women -- Jennifer McTigue, Sakara Blackwell and a third defendant Marc Melton, fraudulently obtained title to seven properties here on Oahu and on the Big Island. They then turned around and sold them, funneling more than $3 million in private accounts to fund worldwide travel, private schools and business ventures.
