As leading advocates for homeownership in Silicon Valley, members of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors make it a point to regularly keep track of local, state and national issues that affect housing and private property rights. This month National Association of Realtors senior political representative Chris Gosselin greeted Realtors with good news and gave them the heads-up on what could lie ahead for real estate in the State Capitol.
