Realtors: rate hike will make little impact on housing market

Realtors anticipate little change in the Madison housing market following the Federal Reserve's decision to increase interest rates for the first time in a decade. The 0.25 percent rate hike is small enough that it won't impact homebuyers much at all, according to David Stark, president of Stark Company Realtors.
