This undated photo provided by the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission shows an Urban Outfitters "cheeky" teacup that is being recalled because, although the teacup is labeled as microwave safe, if microwaved, the gold paint accents on the teacups can spark, posing a fire hazard. More than 12,000 teacups that can spark in a microwave and potentially cause a fire are among this week's recalled consumer products.
