LA Times: Oklahoma regulators ordered more than three dozen oil and gas wastewater disposal wells to shut down after a magnitude 5.6 earthquake - matching the strongest ever to hit Oklahoma - struck Saturday morning and reverberated across the Great Plains, rattling even far-off Iowa.
