We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist fullparttime fm to take an instrumental role in the Recruitment function to maintain and further grow the Engineering Services business. Tasks We regard Recruitment as an essential business support function to allow us to maintain and grow our business. The main goals of the Recruitment function are Identify the best possible candidates satisfying the clients requirements Effectively promote SCISYS to potential candidates Support the operations areas in the sales process to win new business for SCISYS The responsibilities are Proactively establish and continuously expand a network of potential candidates in the relevant domains considering all possible routes Understand clients requirements for specific support needs Manage and conduct the required job postings using internal and external means Identify the best possible candidates satisfying the clients requirements Arrange and conduct internal interviews with identified candidates Act as the main point of contact throughout the recruitment process for the communications with the candidates Prepare the candidates for client interviews Plan and coordinate the logistics for client interviews and host the candidates Capture interview feedback Identify, organise and attend recruitment events Perform a regular review of the applied recruitment process and apply lessons learned Support the business managers in reviewing and improving staff motivation and with this the SCISYS employer qualities Essential requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confidence in dealing with a wide variety of people and ability to influence at all levels Selfstarter and quick learner with initiative and a strong motivation to succeed Good personal organisation and focus with the ability to work calmly and correctly under stress and with the minimum of supervision.
