LOS ANGELES—Regency Centers Corp. broke ground on a grocery-anchored shopping center in South Central Los Angeles during a ceremony at Juanita Tate Marketplace. The $21 million project is being developed in partnership with Concerned Citizens of South Central Los Angeles (CCSCLA) and in conjunction with the Community Redevelopment Agency of Los Angeles (CRA/LA), bringing an infill neighborhood retail center to an underserved area of Los Angeles. read more
