Regency Centers , a national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored community shopping centers, has closed on 8.58 acres at the corner of Imperial Highway and Valencia Avenue in Brea, CA, with plans to build a 87,000 SF retail center, Village at La Floresta. The long-anticipated center will be home to the first Whole Foods Market in North Orange County A groundbreaking ceremony will be held on the future retail site at the intersection of Imperial Highway and Valencia Avenue in Brea, California, January 8, 2015 at 10 AM.
