Fully regulated DC/DC converters of AVD85 series feature power density of 72.5 W/in.² and provide adjustable output voltage range with 36–75 Vdc input range. Peak efficiency of 92% yields almost flat derating curve (baseplate version) to 85°C ambient under forced airflow conditions. Both 3.3 and 12 V modules are available with standard options that include baseplate and open-frame, SMD or plated through-hole with different pin lengths and positive and negative enable options.
