Net income and sales increased during the first quarter for Chesterfield-based Reliv International Inc. , a manufacturer of nutritional supplements. The company posted a first-quarter profit of $116,447, compared with a loss of $150,950 during the same quarter in 2014 on a 24 percent drop in sales.
