DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 1100 PM AST (0300 UTC), the remnants of Wilfred were located near latitude 15.9 North, longitude 47.4 West. The remnants are moving toward the west near 17 mph (28 km/h), and this general motion should continue during the next day or two. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Winds should continue to decrease over the next couple of days. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1008 mb (29.77 inches).
