CBS ArcSafe® RSA-27 lets technicians remotely close or open Square D HVL/cc medium-voltage load interrupter switches (LIS) from safe distance while remaining stationed outside arc-flash boundary. Use of magnets and existing features negates modifications to existing electrical equipment for installation/operation. Compatibility covers all Square D HVL/cc medium-voltage, metal-enclosed switchgear LIS equipped with over toggle mechanism and ratings from 2.4–38 kV, 60–150 kV BIL, and 600–1,200 A.
