Republic Services acquires City Carton

City Carton Recycling of Iowa City, Iowa, which has seven facilities and a brokerage business operating in the Midwest, has been acquired by the waste management firm Republic Services , Phoenix. The acquisition of City Carton, which is ranked by Recycling Today one of the 20 largest paper recycling companies in the United States, is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2015.
