Specific Tasks Support the Corporate Development Office in the definition and dissemination of the ESA Corporate Social Responsibility principles and coordinating their Agency wide implementation. The service shall also include the undertaking of studies and researches on these aspects for the purpose of writing the biennial Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Report, implementing the existing Framework Policy on corporate social responsibilities or assessing performance indicators linked to the relevant implementation plan Prepare a complete report of the outcome of the stakeholder consultation process Contribute to the updating of the Framework Policy on Corporate Social Responsibility on the basis of the outcome of the stakeholder consultation process Prepare an agencylevel action plan for the implementation of the priorities resulting from the stakeholder consultation Contribute to the biennial report on Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability on both form and content Participate in punctual projects whether inside or outside ESA preparatory work for roundtables, presentations, means of awareness and sensitisation to Corporate Social Responsibilities Animate networks of internal referents and experts at ESA Give support to communication actions relevant to internal or external communication processes related to the environmental and corporate social responsibility activities Requirements The contractor shall perform the service tasks requested by the Agency in accordance with the standards, procedures and methods as identified by the Agency in this document or at the time of the execution of the work. The contractor personnel allocated to this service shall possess the necessary experience and qualification to carry out the support tasks as required by the Agency. In this regards the contractor personnel shall be familiar with the stateoftheart in the domain of competence and in particular shall Be familiar with relevant methods and tools in the domain of competence Be capable of effective communication in the English and the French languages both in verbally and in writing, ability to communicate in German is an asset Have the ability to work in a team within a multinational environment Keeping abreast of market trends and to ensuring the maximum respect of generally accepted ethical rules of confidentiality, loyalty and impartiality, with a view of maintaining an objective and fruitful relationship with customers and suppliers. Apart from the specific technical requirements outlined in the Work Package description, the personnel providing the service shall be familiar with the following office automation infrastructure or shall be trained in it at no cost for the Agency composed of Windows PCs MS Office tools incl.
