For Astrium Satellites onsite at Astrium Space Transportation in Lampoldshausen within the area Supply Management we are looking for a Resident Supply Relationship Manager fm. Main tasks Monitoring and control of the suppliers Supporting the Supply Relationship Domain Manager in future contract negotiations Analysis of and reporting on competitors Analysis of and reporting on RD activities of the supplier Onsite focal point for Astrium subsidiaries, especially regarding calls for tender and offers In this role you will act as focal point towards Astrium Space Transportation in Lampoldshausen and deal with the following taks Consolidate all aspects of the suppliers Statement of Work and monitor its execution Manage all aspects of the subcontract execution, particularly the OnQuality, OnTime and OnCost delivery of equipment and related documentation services Daytoday management of the supplier from subcontract kickoff to delivery of all deliverables chair progress meetings design reviews production reviews including quality gates by delegation from SQDM, lead deviation waiver process, lead nonconformance process, lead change process, etc. As such coordinate the interfaces of all the stakeholders involved in the supplier management technical, quality EEE parts material processes, commercial contract Acquire an indepth knowledge of the equipment supplier leading to an effective control of the supplier Identify the supplier risks, propose mitigation actions and set short term recovery plans Ensure the local followup and support to development plans Perform the annual supplier evaluation with appropriate support Authorize the payment release, after validation of the compliance of deliveries by the stakeholders Issue an equipment and supplier reporting towards the Project Supply Manager, Project and Product Line hardware cost, TCO including nonquality cost, OnQuality and OnTime metrics, nonconformance, deviation waiver, change request change notice status, payment status, issues, risks opportunities Work with the Project Supplier Managers and the Supply Managers on site in order to ensure a consolidated approach of all Astrium interfaces to the supplier We are looking for candidates with the following skills University degree in Engineering and several years of professional experience in Procurement Supply Chain activities Management of supplier relationships Supplier Performance Monitoring Supply market analyses SWOT and PESTEL analyses Supply Chain quality and improvement Troubleshooting Quality management systems Risk analysis Assessment of supplier quality, performance and product assurance Continuous improvement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc. Contract preparation Negotiating procurement contracts Negotiating prices and business conditions Communication and management Moderation and conflict management Management of partnersteams Interdepartmental teamwork Communication skills Negotiation skills and persuasiveness Excellent level of English TO APPLY click here
