Eastover City Homes would include three luxury townhomes as well as a detached 4,300-square-foot single-family home. Developer Saratoga Asset Management and custom homebuilder Simonini Homes are planning an infill residential development in Eastover on about a half acre near the corner of Huntley Place and Providence Road, across from the Harris Teeter-anchored Myers Park Shopping Center.
