For one of our main customers ESAETEC, we are currently looking for a Resource Controller, who will give support the Resource Management Office within the Directorate of Technical and Quality Management. Tasks and Responsibilities Coordination and consolidation of multiyear workload andor workforce planning at competence level. Proactive workload andor workforce controlling, analysis and reporting. Interfacing with counterparts in other Directorates, such as programmeproject controllers, as well as within DTEC. Interfacing with Directorates line management in support of workloadworkforce issues. Facilitating the negotiations between the competency provider units and the corresponding counterparts in other Directorates. Analysis CentreRate evolution controlling. Proactively contributing to the definition, implementation and improvement of management support processes, methods and tools. Contributing to the multiyear performance assessment and specific analyses of the Directorate. Supporting colleagues in the team to ensure smooth operations and continuous high standard of service to internal and external customers. Experience and education Masters in Business Administration Candidates should possess excellent analytical and reporting skills with the ability to manage large and complex data sets Applicants should demonstrate excellent communication skills fluent English, and be client focussed They should have proven ability to work autonomously, whilst being a cooperative team player in a diverse and international team Experience in the field of controlling of resources and activities andor financeaccounting, at administrator level. Familiarity with budgeting, accounting, procurements at ESA is an asset Highly proficient in the use of modern activities and resource management support toolsdatabases of standard office automation support software packages including in particular advance usage of Excel MsOffice and in particular advanced use of Excel. Experience as user of SAP and in particular ECC and SRM modules and familiarity with relevant ESA corporate applications e.g. ESAp is an asset Ability to rapidly understand and adapt to ESA specific context and environment including ESA corporate IT applications Past experience with ESA and good understanding of relevant processes, activities and ESA organizational context is an asset.
