For one of our main customers ESAESTEC we are currently looking for a Resource Controller who will give support to the Resource Management Office in the Directorate of Technical and Quality Management onsite at ESTEC. Tasks and Responsibilities Coordination and consolidation of inyear and multiyear resource plans Multiyear analysis, historical trends Proactive ProgrammeProject controlling, analysis and reporting Interfacing with counterparts in other Directorates, such as financecorporate controllersproject controllers, as well as within DTEC Interfacing with Directorates Business Controller Administration Managers EC FP7H2020 reporting Asset Management and inventory coordination Monitoring and control of Service Level Agreement Proactively contributing to the definition, implementation and improvement of management support processes, methods and tools Contributing to the multiyear performance assessment and specific analysis of the Directorate Supporting colleagues in the team to ensure smooth operations and continuous high standard of service to internal and external customers. Experience and education Applicants should have an MBA in business administrationcommercial field and a solid working background in the disciplines related to the tasks described with at least 4 years of relevant experience Candidates should possess excellent analytical and reporting skills with the ability to manage large and complex data sets. The ability to synthesise complex information. Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating a balance of assertiveness with the ability to work well in a team environment. A resultsoriented and proactive approach. Applicants should demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be client focussed. They should have proven ability to work autonomously, whilst being a cooperative team player in a diverse and international team. SAP and IPSAS knowledge is considered a distinct asset for the position. Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken, is essential High level of initiative and autonomy, and professional maturity is required to carry out complex tasks and with a high level of responsibility.
