RHEA is currently recruiting a Resource Controller to support the Resource Management Office of the Directorate of Technical and Quality Management at our clients premises in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Coordination and consolidation of multiyear workload andor workforce planning at competence level. Proactive workforce forecasting, controlling, analysis and reporting, including contractors, staff, young graduate trainees, research fellows and trainees in the Directorate of Technical and Quality Management. Interfacing with counterparts in other Directorates, such as Human Resources, programmeproject controllers, as well as within DTEC. Interfacing with Directorates line management in support of workloadworkforce issues. Proactively contributing to the definition, implementation and improvement of management support processes, methods and tools. Contributing to the multiyear performance assessment and specific analyses of the Directorate. Supporting colleagues in the team to ensure smooth operations and continuous high standard of service to internal and external customers. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Masters in Engineering or equivalent or MBA or equivalent University degree from a recognised Institution of secondary studies or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Excellent analytical and reporting skills Ability to manage large and complex data sets and have an affinity with manpower control. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be client focussed. Proven ability to work autonomously, whilst being a cooperative team player in a diverse and international team.
