We are currently looking for a Resource Controller to support our customer in the Netherlands. Resource Controller Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the Resource Management Office at ESTEC, you will have the following responsibilities TEC directorate manpower recharges translation control of recorded manpower hours to financial recharge to customers and internal cost receivers Control of the Directorates manpower Analysis Centre forecast, monitoring and control of all costs contributing to the Directorates manpower rate Financial implementation and operations of the TEC Manpower Frame Contract for contractor support includes monthly manpower mission GRNs, annual financial reconciliation, implementation of new contracts in esap Providing ad hoc and monthly reporting and analysis of resource status. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualification Candidates should possess excellent analytical and reporting skills Ability to manage large complex data sets and have an affinity with manpower control Excellent communication skills and client focused Proven ability to work autonomously, whilst being a cooperative team player Familiarity with SAP and the agencys cost model would be a distinct advantage Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
