Aurora has the opportunity to expand our support to ESA in the domain of BMC Business Management, Controlling Administration. Overview The post holder will be assigned to the Financial Management Section ofthe Directorate of Technology, Engineering Quality DTEC and will beresponsible for Coordination and consolidation of inyear and multiyear resource plans Multiyear analysis, historical trends Proactive ProgrammeProject controlling, analysis and reporting Interfacing with counterparts in other Directorates, such as financecorporate controllersproject controllers, as well as withinDTEC Interfacing with Directorates Business Controller Administration Managers EC FP7H2020 reporting Third Party Activities Monitoring and control of Service Level Agreement Proactively contributing to the definition, implementation and improvement of management support processes, methods and tools Contributing to the multiyear performance assessment and specific analysis of the Directorate Supporting colleagues in the team to ensure smooth operations and continuous high standard of service to internal and external customers. Specific qualification requirements Masters degree in Engineering or equivalent or MBA or equivalent University degree from a recognised Institution of secondary studies or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, with relevant experience. Candidates should possess excellent analytical and reporting skills with the ability to manage large and complex data sets. The ability to synthesise complex information. Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating a balance of assertiveness with the ability to work well in a team environment. A resultsoriented and proactive approach. Applicants should demonstrate excellent communication skills and be client focussed. Proven ability to work autonomously, whilst being a cooperative team player in a diverse and international team. SAP and IPSAS knowledge is considered a distinct asset for the position. Experience in creation and development of Tableau dashboards. Fluent in the English language spoken and written. Knowledge of other European languages is an asset. Legal and Security Requirements All applicants must be legally allowed to work in The Netherlands Applicants are required to provide a copy of their passport and degree certificate. Aurora will validate the Degree with the issuing University and provide evidence to ESA. Prior to issuing a letter of employment the applicant shall provide to Aurora a recent official document declaring that they are of good conduct from the country where currently resident. Location The work will be performed at the European Space Technology and Research Centre ESTEC at Noordwijk, The Netherlands. Contract The selected candidate will receive good remuneration in line withESA Job Class. Will be registered for both social security and tax in the Netherlands. The standard working hours are 40 per week. There are 12 public holidays and an additional 30 annual days holiday. Training to improve efficiency and provide strength for future career are of course included. Aurora assist with relocation both with support and financially.
