ACT (Automated Compliance Tool) for Retail 20/20 lets retailers define alert triggers based on individual events, summary data, or KPIs as well as create workflows for triaging and reporting on subsequent alerts. Application automatically monitors incoming data for user-defined exception events and provides automated notification and workflows for each alert. These alerts, coupled with supporting information, are sent directly to store managers and other field personnel for investigation.
