Designed for use on Swiss automatic machines, static reCool system converts standard Swiss tooling collet locking nut into coolant-style nut that employs REGO-FIX intRlox® anti-slip nut design. Changing tooling, taking as little as 2 min, involves loosening and removing locking nut and supply piping. Rated coolant pressures are up to 1,450 psi with standard hose and 2,100 psi with braided hose. Sending coolant flow directly to cutting edge benefits tool life and chip removal.
