Revised Interpretation of the Delay of and Notification for Demolitions and Major Alteration/Additions

Effective May 17, 2016, BDS will apply the neighborhood notification and delay provisions to all non-accessory structures with one or more residential units (including multi-family and mixed-use structures) with a residential Comprehensive Plan Map designation. Previously, BDS only applied these provisions to single-family dwellings and duplexes.
