Richmond based CarMax under fire for selling recalled cars

Senator Richard Blumenthal told our sister station in Hartford that used car companies like CarMax are selling recalled cars that may have issues that put drivers in danger. He wants the Federal Trade Commission to stop what he calls their "deceptive" advertising.
