Giant Eagle might not have picked the best year to hit the radar of the University of Michigan researchers who track consumer satisfaction. The O'Hara grocer scored higher than Wal-Mart on the American Customer Satisfaction Index, but trailed companies like Wegmans, Trader Joe's and Aldi on the latest check of consumer sentiment.
